Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events and brand campaigns. The Event Promotions Assistant will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly, brands are represented professionally, and campaign objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events and brand activations
Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics
Represent clients and brands in a professional and engaging manner
Interact with attendees to provide information and enhance the event experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure event goals and timelines are achieved
Maintain organized records and provide feedback following events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
