Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Techbridge-Digital Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our web hosting services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services ProvidedTechbridge-Digital offers web hosting services, including but not limited to server space, bandwidth, and email hosting. The specifics of the services provided will be detailed in your subscription plan.
3. Term and RenewalThe initial term of this agreement is 2 years. The agreement will automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
4. Fees and Payment Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellation and RefundsYou may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
6. Use of ServicesYou agree to use the services provided by Techbridge-Digital in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spamming, hosting malicious content, or violating intellectual property rights.
7. Data Backup and SecurityWhile we perform regular backups of data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data. You agree to implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTechbridge-Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For example, if you paid $330 for the services over the past year, the most you could recover from Techbridge-Digital in a lawsuit or claim would be $330, regardless of the nature or extent of the damages you suffered.

9. Modifications to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these terms. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
